How does SMS code verification work?
After writing a review, the customer enters their phone number and receives an SMS with a 6-digit code. Once they enter it, the review gets a verified badge. The phone number is never published.
Which platforms can I connect to Referino?
Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yelp and Tripadvisor. Once connected, reviews sync automatically and appear on your profile and in the widget alongside your Referino reviews.
Do I need a developer to add the widget?
No. You copy a short snippet and paste it into your website. For WordPress there is a ready-made plugin that adds the widget for you.
What is SMS credit?
Verification SMS messages are paid from your credit. Every plan includes a monthly credit, and if you need more, you can top it up in your dashboard. The price of one SMS depends on the country.
Can I delete a negative review?
You cannot delete reviews – that is exactly why customers trust them. You can reply publicly to any review, and if one breaks the rules, you can report it to our team for review.
Which languages does Referino support?
The dashboard, profile page, widget and print materials are available in Slovak, Czech, English and German. The widget can automatically adapt to the visitor’s language.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You cancel your subscription in your account settings and everything keeps working until the end of the paid period.
