No. Every plan includes a profile page with your business description, contact details and reviews. Send the link to customers or add it to Google, Facebook or Instagram, and your QR codes lead straight to it. If you have a website, the widget adds your reviews there too.
Signing up and filling in your profile takes a few minutes. Right after that you can share your profile link, print QR codes and connect reviews from other platforms. You add the widget to your website with one line of code or our WordPress plugin.
After writing a review, the customer enters their phone number and receives an SMS with a 6-digit code. Once they enter it, the review gets a verified badge. The phone number is never published.
Yes. Connect Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yelp or Tripadvisor and reviews sync automatically. They appear on your profile and in the widget alongside your Referino reviews.
No. You copy a short snippet and paste it into your website. For WordPress there is a ready-made plugin that adds the widget for you.
Verification SMS messages are paid from your credit. Part of every plan’s price is a monthly SMS credit, so review verification is included. If you need more, you can top it up in your dashboard. The price of one SMS depends on the country.
You cannot delete reviews – that is exactly why customers trust them. You can reply publicly to any review, and if one breaks the rules, you can report it to our team for review.
The dashboard, profile page, widget and print materials are available in Slovak, Czech, English and German. The widget can automatically adapt to the visitor’s language.
No. You pay monthly and cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Everything keeps working until the end of the paid period.
When the paid period ends, your profile page and widget are hidden, but your data stays stored for 90 days. If you come back in the meantime, everything is just as you left it. You can download an export of your data in your settings at any time.
Yes, prices are final and include VAT. After every payment you can download an invoice with your company details right in your account.
